If your diet is really very good your weakness cannot be cured with supplements. Energy, recovery and maintenance of your body is all within the scope of your normal everyday nutrition. You could take a good multivitamin, fish oil capsules and glucosamine/chondoitrine for your joints but don't expect miracles.

Dehydrated, not eating enough, not enough sleep or a mix of them all. List what you eat daily. Most of the people I've heard say their diet is really good just don't eat enough.

It amazes me how many people jump straight to supplements when they are having problems with their training. When your car is ****ed you don't go out and buy a new body kit, you try to find out why it's ****ed and fix the problem. Same with your training, fix the problem, don't add stuff that isn't needed.

Its not problems as a such

I train 6 days a week 3 of which are boxing and run 18 miles spread over the over 3 days, and i started to notice it during the boxing sessions where we was doing endurance bag work and by the time i finished i could not lift my arms.

Supplements i dont think are a bad thing just so many out there its hard to get good advice on them.

We had a guy called ian weaver with us last night and he is fighting for team gb and he was saying his nutristionist gives them supplements! he said it was like guanna or some thing along those lines, he said it was expensive but great for energy levels i just have no idea what it is. RDJ said it was like caffine so i may as well drink that and save my self alot of money!

Im concerned that when i actually have a fight at 75kg i wont have the energy to get me past the 2nd round thats all but i thanks all the advice im getting!

No it does not. And even if it did supplements are more expensive than whole food.

In fact the total amount of food I consume today costs about 5 euro, and it doesn't get more healthy than this. It does require a little experience and creativity because you need to know what and where to buy and make things in large amounts but it's not expensive at all.

it also might pay to know how your body fat percentage, not a guess, but an actual measurement... trying to get to a weight naturally to low for your body will make you feel like that too.

gotta agree with others here, supplements are exactly what their name states.... If you are having energy level issues, it wont be because you aren't taking suppliments. They will not fix the problem. It will be poor diet, not eating or sleeping enough, over training, or trying to maintain a wieght too low for your body.

If i were you, i would make a food diary for 7 days. Anything that passes your lips, wheather it be, fruit, veg, suppliment, water, write it all down and approximate time eaten. Write everything down. Also get a reading of body fat percentage. Then when you have the food diary, post it with how much sleep you get every night, and exactly how much you did at training each day.

At the very least, if you dont post it, just making a diary for 7 days can be enough to slightly change your eating and training habits, and maybe then the problem goes away.

The more you buy into trends the more expensive it gets. Regular natural food is not very expensive, like I said it takes some skills but it can be done. In an ideal world it would be solved by taxing the food fatties buy and subsidising mine with it.

My ideal diet consists of very simple items that can be bought anywhere. Depending on the season they are even free sometimes.

Agreed. While certain items like steaks, salmon or chicken breasts can be expensive, eating healthy home made food with fresh in season ingredients is less costly and less wasteful than buying pre-made so called convenience foods.
