There are three versions of Fury... which are the best of his entire career... the version with Wilder from the second fight... the version with Vladimir and this version in his fight with Usyk... and the truth is I don't take anything away from fury.. he had an excellent fight.. he lost by a small margin.. and he dominated usyk in some rounds... it was definitely a great performance.. with wilder he was totally dominant as was wladimir..

I knew we were gonna get **** threads like this when Fury lost. Take the L, he lost to someone he'd never be able to beat in his entire career. His best win was just dominated by Joseph Parker

I think current version of Fury is by far the best one since 2015 along with Wilder-II version.

The very peak version of Fury was against Wlad, but it's not possible for him to return to 246 lbs without losing all his strength and power.

The version of Fury that fought Usyk was very, very good. And don't forget Usyk is clearly not in his prime anymore. He is exactly the same age as Lewis was when he fought Vitali

I honestly don't think you can answer this with 100% conviction.

He beat Wlad when Wlad was on the way out, lets not hide that fact, Wlad never won another fight.

Wilder he smoked in the 2nd fight but I think most fans are rightly unsure of how good Wilder actually is.. imo Wilder is crap we now know that.

The rest of his resume is pretty much just contenders that Fury was always going to beat...

I'm confused with how good Fury actually is / was.

He’s a top five heavyweight fighter of his era, nothing more, he is not an atg.

Wilder II was the perfect execution of capitalizing on Wilder's flaws. Usyk is at a different level than anybody on Fury's resume, his skill level was shown nicely against a P4P great.

Wilder 2, although even Wilder 3 may have been enough to get the job done.

This is the problem with the current heavyweight setup (and Fury's resume, as part of that setup)

Hard to accurately judge how good any one fighter is at any moment in time given they hardly fight each other

That being said, Fury vs Wilder 2 was the best version for me.

I don't think the version we saw vs Usyk was necessarily bad though. He may have lost some punch resistance but he looked like he'd trained properly for this, and no excuse other than he was beaten by the better man.

This was best Fury, and worst Usyk we seen to date.
