As simple as it sounds, I know that is true. Are there any specific was to excercise ie. circuit training which are better than others to burn fat? Afterburn and all that....

Hard workouts for shorter amount of time burns more fat, like sprinting instead of jogging..and things like adding 30 seconds of straight punches as fast as you can onto the end of your bag workouts..

    You can't out-train a shitty diet.

Decreased calorie intake combined with increased calorie expenditure. Be more active, eat less. It does not differ for boxers.

Of course you can't. There is a difference between a shitty diet and a high calorie diet.

    I know there is.

You're talking about losing weight. Why would you be on a high cal diet?

The only reason that works is because usually people take in less calories when they're on a diet like that. Protein isn't what people usually feast on, it's carbs.

Please post what a typical day looks for you, diet wise. Include all beverages, snacks, etc.

You should really look at the work Dr. Gardner has been doing at Stanford.
