Then put 2 packs of chicken noodle soup packages for the broth. ****ing great i eat it every single day for dinner. Eat what your gonna eat and freeze the rest asap. I was 250 dropped to 207, now 218 from working out and eating good. PS grill chicken and cut it up and put it in too if u want.
I eat....some kind of high fibre cereal for breakfast and 2 pieces of peanut butter on wholemeal toast. 1 pint of skim milk and 200g cold meat for lunch. dinner i usually eat something with rice or potatoes. I snack on fruit, apples, oranges etc I drink english tea, green tea, water, milk and coffee
