What is the best way to lose weight in boxing?

    I live by this and it work amaizng but u have to do it everyday man Make home home soups takes me 20 mins to make.
    celery, green onions, chick peas, kidney beans, green beans , carrots

    boil the celery and green onions for like 20 mins and then had the others( they come in cans. use one can of each and 2 bunches of celery and 2-4 green Os. . Then put 2 packs of chicken noodle soup packages for the broth. ****ing great i eat it every single day for dinner. Eat what your gonna eat and freeze the rest asap. I was 250 dropped to 207, now 218 from working out and eating good. PS grill chicken and cut it up and put it in too if u want.

    I Box ay heavyweight but if needed i easliy could make cruiser eating this ****

    I eat....some kind of high fibre cereal for breakfast and 2 pieces of peanut butter on wholemeal toast. 1 pint of skim milk and 200g cold meat for lunch. dinner i usually eat something with rice or potatoes. I snack on fruit, apples, oranges etc

    I drink english tea, green tea, water, milk and coffee
