What is the best weight class for a 5'10 guy?

    Depends entirely on the inidivudal. could be a string bean Tommy Hearns guy or a tall-as-they-are-wide David Tua type.

    Depends on his muscle mass, but a small heavyweight is just too good to turn down. Your mike tyson, joe fraziers and rocky marcianos just have too much advantages. Boxing is about hitting and not being hit, being smaller is the advantage. You have less area to be hit and more area to hit when fighting a bigger guy.

    What a daft question!Depends on the build of the person! I know 5ft 10 people who are 10 stone and fit and i know some who are 16 stone and fit

    lol....I fought a guy once who was 6'5 at 139 (light-welter). Most frustrating fight ever, and he hit deceivingly hard.

    How is that even possible man? Stipe Drews was 6'5 and looked like a beanpole at light heavy

    Believe it. The wierd thing is....he had fought previously at LW (132).
    That's freakish. There's a video of my fight, if i can find it again I will post it.

    welterweight or light middle

    if you are a heavy puncher you can fight heavier

    that was my height and weight division more or less when I boxed......5-10 1/2 and 138-148lbs, 30 odd years ago
