Prime Nunn was probably his best opponent, but Barkley is his best performance IMO.

why is nunn not on here?

imagine doing this with joe calzage, missing off kessler.... then you'd need to pick from "stopped by 40somethings, but not by prime joe" lacy... crippled with back injury, retiring Richie Woodhall, "cheated by fake stoppage" retiring byron MItchell, "easily arguably a loss" to Robin Reid or ...superVEIT LOL.

Nunn, then McCallum. Then the rest are miles away from those two wins.

If you think it's Nunn or McCallum click other then mention it in the comments. Are you a bit simple?

All things considered, Jirov. Excellent fighter in his prime. 50lb above Toney's original weight class. Fairly competitive and yet still very decisive victory.

    Nunn and McCallum were awesome.

But his rum from Jirov onwards right up until the rematch with Peter showed just how much skill he had.

He should have been given the decision first time out against Peter and that was his crowning performance for me.

My top 3 would be Nunn, McCallum and Jirov.
What he did to Barkley was perfection too, but Iran was quite past his prime.

    LOL.

    I'm sorry but NO.

The Holyfield stoppage was a better win than Jirov..

    Lacyfied :blood?
Toney was behind before the stoppage

I would say Nunn as Toneys top win in my opinion

He dueled beautifully with the Body Snatcher. His domination against Iran Barkley was beautiful as well. Both fights were aesthetically pleasing
