Just went to two in total. First was Wlad Klitschko vs Williamson I believe (where multiple left hooks finished it kind of early), the second was Inoue vs Donaire. The Inoue Event was very cool in a number of ways.

I was at Provodnikov vs Mattyhsse in upstate NY, and tho titles were not on the line, guts and will were. Im enjoying reading everyones fights attended and there are some great ones! Im jealous lol reading "I was at Fury Wilder or a Lennox fight" and being a blue collar guy from upstate NY, Turning stone and the BHOF is what I got. And very appreciative of that having been glued to boxing since age 8. But that night at the fight, the atmosphere of that place, you coulda sworn it was a unification title fight. The OOO's! and the OOOHHH's! after every flush punch landed made hairs stand. Memorable for sure

    Woooow thanks for this.

Turned on the fight and watched it as if I was there in that arena.

    The atmosphere is just griiiiimy.

No alcohol in my system, completely sober but it feels like i have a lingering high due to the jitters I'm getting during kill time while waiting for the main event. As each minute passes I start to get more adrenaline, it feels like 6 months worth of hype/marketimg for a good fight crammed in 20 minutes.

The emotions/energy is LEGIT. People are here to enjoy and appreciate something that is art in a physical form. No smart phones, no distractions. Surrounded by thousands of emotional fans that are laser focused on the same thing. The boos and cheers have a different "feel" than current events.

Man... so sad. You're right. I lived in Alaska as a kid and now in Korea so never really had a chance to see any level of professional boxing in person... super sucks because even if I am now capable of traveling and attending events, I will never be able to feel what you felt that night. Those days are left in history.

If you are reading this, @Stonehands, I live in Korea too and watching Inoue vs Donaire in Japan was pretty cool and affordable, especially if you combine it with vacation in Japan.

Not sure what I'd say was the biggest of these, but they were all pretty big in their own right...

    Hatton vs Tszyu
    Calzaghe vs Lacey
    Froch vs Groves 2
    Joshua vs Klitschko

I went to this as well. I also went to Tua vs Cameron which was like a murder in the ring.

Haven’t been to any major boxing matches. I was at Sergio Martinez vs. Kermit Cintron and I gotta tell ya being in the audience for that fight had to be about one of the most confusing things ever lol. Couldn’t figure out what the hell had happened there with the restart after a KO

I attended UFC 43 which was a major stacked MMA card

 I'd say that counts as having been a major boxing match.
