Late in the fight - I forget exactly which round it was, maybe 9th or 10th, Pacquiao hit Margarito with a right hook counter. It wasn't a really hard shot per se, but it was a thudding blow right to the temple of an already badly beaten up fighter. I'm still surprised AM survived that.

 

yes..he paid a steep price for that great chin though.

Think it was an uppercut near the start of round 2 Trevor Berbick took from Tyson where his front leg came off the ground.

 

ANd there may have been some calcium sulfate or such involved there too.
