what is the biological reason that heavyweights hit harder

    but doesn't most power come from the legs
    and woman have stronger legs than men

    so a 115lb woman can theoretically hit harder than someone like anthony joshua

    He's trolling hard.

    Not necessarily stronger legs, but they do usually have a lower center of gravity. It's where their weight is compared to men. The tool is using that to mean strength and trolling along on that flawed premise.

    more weight behind the punches and bigger fist too

    people often overlook this factor but the shape,size and hardness of a boxer fist is often what separate punchers from the others
