Really, the only SMW that you could argue was 'more deserving' of inclusion was Bute. And there's no evidence that he actually wanted in.

If the tournament was tailormade for Sauerland fighters, I've no idea why they would include someone like Ward, for example, rather than Andrade. They certainly wouldn't have Kessler fighting Ward first up, and they damn well wouldn't be doing it in Oakland.
