    He is. You all wanted to see him fight Garcia one of the so called 4 Queens. Like I said Teofimo Lopez may be next if he takes the title of Josh Taylor. I believe he is another one of the 4 Queens. I think winner of Haney vs Loma will fight Shakur first possibly and then take on Tank next year.

    Garcia did great to step up and Davis may be the best thing at 135 atm. Where's Davis going next though? Does boxing prosper or the pay-packets of certain individuals? Does the face of boxing want what's best for boxing or what's best for a cheap ride with fast gains?

    Why can it not be both? Fighting the like of Cruz again, Lopez, Haney or Loma and Shakur makes good sense and money.
