What is the most brutal fight........

    Of all fights I've watched live I'd say Moore vs Macklin, though I think Moore was the one who was affected more by it. Even though he had some good wins afterwards, he wasn't ever really the same again.

    Benn vs Eubank I was probably the most brutal though. Say what you want about Eubank but he really sucked it up early on, when most fighters would have been on their way to the hospital.

    In terms of globally, I'd say Benn vs McClellan and the two Pryor/Arguello fights.... which pretty much accounted for all concerned at the top level. Slightly behind it is the 3rd Holyfield/Bowe fight and also the 2nd fight with Golota.

    Too many people just think that Golota shredded Bowe in that one... aside from the 2nd round I think it's fair to say that Bowe landed his share, ultimately forcing Golota to quit in the 9th.

    Hagler vs Mugabi is another. Probably the #1 ''wreckage'' of a top fighter in history. A tough rugby player would have fancied his chances with Mugabi from then on.

    A recent one would be Paul Appleby vs Liam Walsh. What a fight that was
