    pac was known here in the states but not internationally prior to mab.

    and yes, mab knew pac was a livewire and still tried to fight fire with fire early.

    Barrea was in his prime. People seem to forget that it was a major upset.

    Best post and from a JMM fan at that. Barrera 1 for me. But i do get riled up whenever the DLH win was dismissed to his age and weight issues. they must've been blind not to see the speed, beautiful footwork and effective agression. Just look how he turns DLH. That performance was so good it begs to ask if he Pac could handle a prime DLH.

    id say barrera 1 defined manny as a future p4p star back then. at this point of his career, he'll be fighting for added greatness and legacy.

    IMO, he really has nothing more to prove though. he's done it all..
