What is the oldest division?

    It looks like featherweight was established in 1860 but did not achieve universal recognition until Weir won the title in 1889. Anybody know what divisions existed pre Queensbury rules?

    The question does't really make sense. If you're dividing it, there has to be more than one thing you're dividing it into, so there can't be a single oldest one.
