    P4P ratio = weight / KO ratio + wins * (style points + HBO specials) + Golden Boy magic points - losses.

    I talked to Stephen Hawkin he agreed.

    Its the only title in the boxing world that is decided by majority opinion rather than a brand of belt.

    Its actually not complicated from my personal point of view... whoever looks the best vs the the other guys in their division is the best in any division... tho things such as quality of opposition in each division must be taken fully on board when making comparisons between the top p4p guys.

    It depends what each individual likes in a fighter so the consensus p4p champion might come in at 2nd, 3rd or even 7th on your own list but overall, the consensus p4p champion is the man regarded by MOST as the best.
