Floyd is a very good fighter and an all time great, but he's simply not the best fighter in the world anymore and he knows it, he can't stomach losing to a fighter who is supposedly one dimensional.

    It's no debate really.

The fans who hate Mayweather, supposedly because of his record, and actions in the ring, also seem to hate David Haye just as much.

As do the same media pundits. As do the American media in general.

Do they box the same? No

Do they have the same sort of records? No

    Do they train togethor? No

    Are they friends? No

What's the correlation? Of yeah, they're loud black guys...................

Right I love Peyton Manning, and Tom Brady and really anyone white because all whites love other whites and hate all blacks. You win. Now leave.

Didn't you write an article, claiming Mayweather is a cross between a Gorilla and a chipmunk..............?

Nailed it. I wish the thread would just end at that point but instead there's going to be 15 pages of idiots wasting their time.

    What's that actually based on?

Pacquiao walking out of a fight he agreed to?

    That's actually the answer to:

"Why we choose to follow the rival of a guy we really hate"

You guys follow Pacquiao as he's Mayweather's rival

Nobody supported Pacquiao, until he was Mayweather's next "great white hope"

Floyds problem is that he is insecure, he doesnt have the confident he can have and that his fans have. He probably tought the trash he talked vs oscar made him big thats why he keeps up the image, his style is boring so that doesnt do him any favours. He probably thinks if he loses his 0 that peoples interest in him will drop hard. The problem is that we have a insecure guy in his mid 30's that acts like a 16 year old wannabee gangster with a faked godcomplex. Combined with atg skills a resume thats lacking and small balls. Thats floyd, I always think he could have been bigger then he is now, too bad.

Pacquiao PPV sales, when he's not linked to Mayweather =300k

Linked to Floyd Mayweather = 1.2 million.

You know, he's so loved, as fans have just tagged on to him as the anti-Mayweather.

I agree ESB for the most part are harder on black fighters than they are any other race. It's no different on what's going on now. Charlie Sheen a **** up drug addict who held a knife to his wife's throat is loved and called a cool guy while Chris brown beat a chicks ass and goes on a temper tantrum on ABC is considered trash and a POS. Both **** ups but which one is loved? If you don't think race plays a part in it you're full of ****.:deal

I disagree with this. There are some guys who can "flawless victory" an outmatched opponent, even in the ams, who really really like to still make it a fight. This is mentality. I was never never happy to potshot an outmatched opponent, if you are better and they can't hurt you, destroy them, that's why they are attracted to fighting. Morales did this over and over throughout his career. With his height and his jab he could have made some of his nights easier, but he elected not to because he likes beating people up.

I am nowhere near Floyd's skill level, obviously, no one is, but if I saw a chance to hurt an amatuer match up and take him out I certainly would, regardless of whether I could have easily not taken risks and won on points. Some poeple really like to hit and be hit, the feeling of knowing their opponent can't hurt them.

    The actual truth is

Marquez is a tough fight, when you're at his level yourself

Stop pretending Pacquiao has faced anyone in his career, who beats mayweather!

Get out of here with that successful black male bull****.

TO and Floyd--those guys are disliked because they act like ****ing goons. TO waaa waaah cry cry cry. The guy has had a problem with literally almost every team he's been on. He's a piece of **** regardless of his talent, black or not.

Floyd is literally ****ing going crazy and everyone resents him because he isn't fighting right now, not because he's black.

Chad Johnson is actually loved by most of "white" America WTF are you talking about--he's more seen as a jokester. He gets no where near the hate that TO and Floyd get because he isn't a *****. He's a cool dude that most people like.

Ali and Jack Johnson lived in a totally different time. Things were undeniably much harder for a black person, so that argument is debunked.

Seriously, just shut the **** up with the race card bull****.

Who run their mouths and then don't back it up when it really matters (and that's coming from a huge Mayweather fan)

I'm not saying it's wrong to get annoyed by loud, abnoxious black people, but can we stop pretending it's because of their sporting prowess?

When you have a loud black guy, telling you how great he is, while he beats the crap out of everyone he faces, go figure you want him to lose
