By now the parties sued should have answered the lawsuit, to avoid a default judgement. The answer and possible counter suit would be public record, so what is going on? It strikes me as odd that no one has followed up with the progress of the pending litigation.

Its just "Showtime". I think they are going to wait until their fights are done, Pac is not going to win the case but he definatelly will shut the Mayweathers mouths

There's no case. Personal opinion. Won't hold up.

Cases take time normally. As a paralegal, I can tell you we've got a case that's been in progress for the past 4 months with little to no follow up.

It's always something holding it up.

I read an article a few days ago (can't remember the link) with Koncz saying the lawsuit is in full effect and hearings could begin at the end of the year, most likely December.

    They settled out of court.

    With a non-disclosure clause.

Best guesses among the cognoscenti are that seven figures changed hands.

But it can't be confirmed on account of the non-disclosure clause.

In fact, neither party is even permitted to confirm that this precedent-setting settlement took place.

Defamation of a public figure requires proving actual malice. Very difficult standard to prove. THink of that Larry Flynt movie.

    Definitely not San Luis Potosi....

It is a character named "El Muerto" Javier Hernandez a friend created him. It is a pic of the action figure....

A feature length movie has been made starring Wilmer Valderama

That is what I thought....because a trial would have hurt Pac embarrasing details would have come to light related to things other than PEDS

Apparently, GBP were concerned that Pac was going to call a character witness.
