Not doing a blood/drug test the day of the fight is one thing but no testing at all within 30 days of the fight is another? Why was Team Pac so concerned about having a 30 day window? Does that demand even seem reasonable or logical?

It was a stupid and inexcusable bs demand and Pac deserves to be blamed more for it. It's suspicious as hell too.

However ...Pac eventually changed his stance so he doesn't take all the heat. As a matter of fact, since this fight was in demand, Pac has actually accepted testing for longer than he rejected it.

    Conte, Memo's daddy, says:

Needless to say Conte says, he's "higly suspicious" of Pacquiao. He not only questions how Pacquiao has retained his strength and speed but points out how Pacquiao has a seemingly endless reserve of energy. Pacquiao was burning as many calories as world's strongest men competitors who are 250 pounds and lift massive weights!

Most likely dirty, it's extremely suspicious. And it's wrong for him to accuse Marquez and expect him to accept testing if they fight a 5th time.

is it a coincidence that the only KO he's had since then was in the fourth Marquez fight?

Because Mayweather was only willing to accept a 14 day cutoff and that gave him the excuse he needed to walk away and fight Clottey instead.

Could be. Me personally though, I think he was dirty at a point in time but not anymore. I think the KOs stopped because he started fighting guys at their natural weights, but was still dirty. I think he started coming off his PEDs in 2011/12, when he said he'd accept all testing. His decline looked like it started in 2012. Not just because he lost, I think he beat Bradley, but his performances got worse since the accusations, and his opponents didn't get better.

I dont get the blood doping thing. If you can increase your rbc count training in high elevation like big bear and denver why would you need to ban it if you're injecting it to your body?
