Back in late 2009 Fraud Willnever was not asking anyone else to do testing. It was Pacquiao who was P4P #1 so why should he bend over to what Fraud Willnever wants? Thats how it went, it was negociations...they negotiated and it failed because Fraud Willnever and his team would not accept what the team of P4P #1 wanted in the respect of additional testing. The testing that is done in boxing by the state Athletic commision has been in place for years the same testing Fraud Willnever had done time and time again without any problem. Yet on this occasion even after NOT testing to fight a fattened up LW with NO RBT he decides he wants Pac to do RBT..LMAO Fraud is what FRAUD means

 

But here's the double standard. Bradley had a higher P4P rank than Pacquiao, and he didn't get to dictate anything. We like to make it sound so black and white but it isn't.

I stand firm in my belief:
1) Anyone who gives a boxer a negative nickname is not worth listening to
2) Both Mayweather and Pacquiao have ducked each other at different times.
