Khan or Price. Throw Kirkland in there for good measure. Jones Jr. also.

I'm not really a Price fan, him getting sparked doesn't bother me at all. In fact even when boxers I follow get KO'd it doesn't bother me, that's because I'm a fan of the sport and not particular boxers. Obviously you aren't the same, sorry about that.
I'm not defending Price because I have any sort of interest in the guy's career, I just know the difference between getting hit on the chin and getting hit on the ear. Educate yourself son.

It's a thread about displays of bad chins, Adamek got shook up badly by a soft flicked out jab. Are you thick?

I didn't, the poster I was answering did. Again, are you thick?

the thread was "worst of the last 10 years" and some put berto in there? i'm not a huge berto fan but he has not displayed the worst chin in the past 10 years yet gets mentioned?

price took a glancing shot from an old man doing his best james "the grim reaper" roper impression.

  5. He did not lie on the ground and did the chicken dance, so there is no reason to mention him .. only because of Travis Walker, when you have to mention him.

I am not thick, not fat, not dumb .. are you thick? (both meanings)

Getting wobbled from a flicked out jab is an example of a bad chin, the thread is about bad chins. I don't see what is difficult to understand about that.

Who the **** mentioned Travis Walker? Why would I care when someone mentions him?

Seriously, if you can't hack it when people say something even slightly bad about a fighter you like (even when it's completely valid and in context like my original post) then don't visit boxing forums, it will only end in disappointment.

Here, maybe you should start using this:

Behave... he was **** when he beat Tyson and he's infinitely more **** now. Price KO within 3.

  8. I dont even like Adamek. I just say, you can't compare him to Price. Write down, that Adamek has a bad chin, but don't try to defeat Price, while saying that Adamek has a bad chin.

Second time, I didn't compare him to Price. You did, post #55.

I was talking about Price getting KO'd by a punch to the ear/neck area and how it doesn't mean he has a bad chin (although he probably does), then in a completely different paragraph I talked about Adamek getting rocked by a nothing punch to his chin which is the topic of the thread.

Why are you struggling with this?

Perhaps you should change your name to "iWantToLearnLogic".

Why? If Adamek had been clocked around the neck/ear or Price had been hit on the Chin then you might have a point, they would be comparable. As it stands you aren't making an awful lot of sense.

Nobody is saying Price has a good chin or that Adamek is a bum so get that ****ing sand out of your vagina.

To be fair i think bad chin is just a figure of speech meaning cant take a punch, it does apply to Price.See also shaky beard, china chin, blah blah blah...

The thing is when you're talking about pressure points like the neck/ear area where Price got hit (also the place where Khan got floored by Garcia) that sort of terminology doesn't really apply. It doesn't mean you can't take a punch, just that you got hit in an incredibly vulnerable area - the neck has no protection in the form of bones yet has a large number of nerves in it.

Other martial arts target this area as a weak point and practitioners can produce KOs without striking hard. It's the same with the temple, if a boxer gets KO'd from a temple shot it doesn't mean they can't take a punch, it happens all the time.

Not saying that Khan and Price have remotely good chins - they don't - just that those two particular instances are incredibly bad examples. Khan vs Prescott is a good example and there's numerous videos of Price being sparked in his amateur days.
