It is possible for him to walk again. The doctors are unsure themselves. His spine wasn't severed, only severely bruised. Paul even said he would box again if he came back to full health within a few years. he doctors told Williams the swelling could go down in a year or two, potentially giving him a chance of walking again.
I dont think it takes years for swelling to go down. Hope the dude walks again, but i'd say the odds are against him.
has wheel chair boxing ever been done? the basketball is successful, not sure how it would work though :rasta:rasta hopefully thats not needed and he recovers soon, i wish him nothing but the best, im just glad it wasnt another corrales story.
Liked Williams he took his losses like a man and never looked around for excuses or tried to palm the blame off on anyone or any other reason than himself . Massive respect for this kid and fingers crossed he gets the use if his legs back .
I've been wondering too. What happened to his personal interview with showtime that was supposed to be aired?, I was really looking forward to that.
Oh you're a a doctor now? Well I'm sure the experts down at the institute would love to hear your opinion on spinal cord injuries and recovery time for those injuries.
