Is he finally going to fight meaningful fights after 10 years in the game?

He's one of these guys who will pad his record forever with C level competition and then hang 'em up.

Yeah I saw that he was back. It just seems odd to me that somebody with his amateur background and how long he's been fighting, that he would get some meaningful fights. Fighters with a lot less talent have made it near the top.

only 31 and maybe he is giving it one more solid run now. Might get a seth mitchell or wilder or hanks? a Scott win would look good on the resume.

If I managed any of those three I am not putting my fighter against Scott.

Releford has only one weeks notice, not time to train, yet he could not even hurt him. Sad........................Releford did not have a trainer in his corner, just his father and wife!

Scott.... good amateur background... umm... Injuries have hindered his career... The talent and tools are there... Well schooled, 6'4... Its just a matter of putting it all together against the better fighters which you will see from him this year...

It would be nice to see Scott give it a serious run this time. He's well schooled, has some tools, nice amatuer career, and proved he's much better than some of the gatekeepers out there like Releford, Bostice, Butler, Shufford, etc. He needs to face better fighters this time around.

He needs to face better fighters but he should probably look to face another Releford level fighter or two before doing so. He was off over three years so there's going to be some rust there. I'm skeptical he does much more this time then he did the first go round but he could if he wanted to.

Scott vs. Mansour, skill vs. power, someone's 0 has got to go (before one of them turns the big 4-0!)
