meaning if it affects their performance or prevents them from continuing on in the fight.
i myself would say dislocating your shoulder but that's because i've experienced it twice in 2 fights and i wasn't able to continue.i've only seen one man fight on with that type of injury(danny williams).the pain is temporary but it throbs and doesn't go away until u pop it back in.and even if a fighter is able to pop it back into place, the chances of it happening again during the fight are verrry high.

    thoughts?!?!?!?!?!?!

Well it depends. For me, I'd say the eyes are the worst part of your body to injure during a fight. Let's face it, out of all the injuries you can sustain in the ring, nobody wants a detached retina!

I remember Julius Francis getting the edge of Danny William's glove directly into his eye.

Soft punch, but because it almost ruptured his eye-ball (though he was fine), he was in agony and could not continue. Counted-out by what seemed like nothing.

    So, that is up there.

breaking your main arm would be a tad unfortunate

    cramp......

im amazed theres not been many cases of fighters getting severe cramp and having to lie down and get counted out

i think the a cut on the eyes, or a low blow. But the worst has to be the hands, breaking ur hand during a fight is hell.

Talking of Danny Williams i remember he fought a fight with 1 arm after tearing tendons in his shoulder... now that must have hurt. Atleast he fought through it though. Many of fighters have retired in fights with similar injuries

Many years back, I saw a clip of some lightweight-welterweight fighter get his arm entangled with his opponent and his elbow got twisted and it bent the other way.

calzaghe broke his hand early against both omar sheika and bernard hopkins

had to fight the majority of both fights one handed
