What is the worst refereeing you have seen in a bocing ring

    Has to be that attention seeking mother****er, arthur mercante junior during cotto v foreman. Unbelievable unprofessionalism telling foreman to ' fight like a champion' while suffering a career threatening injury not to mention that shameless shout out to miguel senior during the pre fight instructions

    there are a few of these regular crappy referees,

    joe cortez
    merchante jr
    laurence cole
    that ian lewis dude from hop vs pascal 2 and briggs vs vitali.

    Maybe im a little off on the names but you know who I mean.

    I was shocked by that as well, I couldnt believe hbo was petting him on the back for that like job well doen by the ref.
    I thought it was a total farce that could have really bad because of him wanting to create his own storyline.

    Any ref. can make a mistake, but IMO the one who made the mistake the most in the ring was Richard Steel. Here I give you some examples of his terrible mistakes: Chavez v.s. Taylor I, Tyson v.s. Ruddock I, and more (can't remember).

    luis pabon in the 1st caballero-barros fight. barros was hitting caballero in the balls the whole fight. pabon didnt even take a point off of barros or give him a warning. absolutely pathetic
