Pretty sure you are another clueless about training. Shows us the clip. And do you understand that kettlebells can vary from 4kg. to 100+ ??

Why are people that never done any training in their live speaking about processional athlete and try to criticize what they do, when you have no f**** idea what the heck you are talking about?

It's claimed the one in Usyk video are 32kg., which is insane.

And what this has to prove? Did Usyk train a compilation of his strength and conditioning training, so you can compare them? And even then a comparison between them would be silly, cause their style and training methods is going to be completely different.

Usyk is just teasing some exercise he did, and people go mad about it.

Also Usyk is a known cross-fitter lover since he moves to the HW.
And he is known for doing this stuffs:

But here is the "legendary" strength of Fury:

    Struggling with 90kg. for 1 rep. :D
Of course this means nothing in Boxing, and for most combat sports to be fair. Functional training is miles time better in my book.

It's was Papachenko, who got him in the kettlebell training, a lot of soviet guys do that till dis day.

I was traning with 16 kg and it's very effective.

To be fair i haven't done this exercise, neither i have been training with kettlebells. Nowadays for me is all bodyweight exercise.
F**** up my shoulders and knee tendons with weights, and still recovering and never going back lifting heavy.
Some explosive exercise yeah for sure, but heavy weight > never again.

Do you have that in the gym ? because not a lot of gyms appreciate kettlebells.

Yeah, lifting is not for everybody, you don't need it

Lifting is fine if you know what you are doing. But when i was doing it i was young and stupid. Constantly overtraining in the gym, and then Martial Arts, and i was going heavy on that time and i was also taking Peds at that time as well. But i also lost my passion about it, when i understand i don't need it to keep my weight, shape and muscles.

I don't hit Gyms anymore(if we are talking about Fitness Gyms). I have all the stuffs needed and i train in home(don't have kettlebells though)
In the Boxing/MMA/Kickboxing gym i'm hitting from time to time(pretty much 1-2 time per month nowadays, as i train mainly at home nowadays), there is not. Except for the regular Boxing stuffs, ropes, etc, some lower weight dumbbells for shadow Boxing, Med Balls and Bulgarian bags.

Anyway back to Usyk. Maybe cause he post more now, but from back in the day when he was amateur and in the CW i haven't seen him doing cross-fit back in the day. Since moving to HW he has said that he felt in love with it.
Don't know when he start doing it.

Another thing Fury and Usyk have in common, actually, another conversation for their post-fight BBQ at the caravan site. They both love these 'old-school' training methods. Maybe Fury can lend him the tractor tyre for the rematch camp, unless Hughie has it.

What would people prefer to see - Usyk juggling kettlebells or Fury jiggling his fat?

Whether it assists his prep or not, Usyk likes to entertain - and it was an entertaining demonstration.

Unless you prefer psychotic, negative drivel from you know who....

Usyk has a soft belly and needs to be doing sit-ups while someone drops coconuts from a high tree. That is his only chance.
