Of course I mean after Lewis, I just think a knockout win over a prime Sam Peter, makes Wlad's wins over a very green Peter, look less special, seeing thats his best on the resume.

I will always have more respect for Vitali, at least he doesnt ball up into a shell like turtle at the first sign of danger, like Wlad does.

Well we'll just have to wait and see what happens then I suppose, but I struggle with that concept to be honest. WALDO has been active for 4 years whilst VITLAY has behaved like a complete *****, sitting on that WBC emuritus **** and avoiding the likes of Rahman. Beating Peter would be impressive but he's only doing what WALDO did a few years back regardless of how he does it.

Alot of people felt Vitali was actually the better one. If he comes back in impressive fashion and TKOs Peter, which Wlad didn't do and who just KOd Maskaev, that would be enough to believe Vitali is back and still the better brother. Also many, ahem YOU, are waiting for a reason to knock Wlad down....they will jump on Vitalis bandwagon just for that reason. :deal

I dont like Vitali much anymore, but I rather have him as king of the division, than a glass chinned Wlad, who looks scared as **** when he's in the ring with a puncher.

    This poll is tainted.

Where is the option for Most Consecutive World Title Championship Bouts cancelled...???

    Nobody else is close.

    What bull****.
He offered to postpone the Ruiz fight, and fight him within something like 90 days of facing Michael Grant.

(Grant at the time considered the far bigger threat).

The Byrd fight - which fight was made because of that? I think if it was the IBF, that was post tyson, and who did he fight after that....

    Oh yeah, VItaly...

If Lewis had not have made those fights, then everyone would have ragged on him for facing bull**** mandatories.

HOw come everyone applauds guys for taking the bigger challenges rather then ABC belts - but Lewis does it, and it's turned around on him????

The Bowe situation was different. Lewis and Bowe were both signed to fight, and clearly the top 2 guys - and had history.

Tell me which top challenger Lewis ducked. (and FFS, Ruiz and Byrd don't fit that category).

At a stretch, perhaps Byrd has a point (but look how he fared against big guys that can punch - Ike and Wlad), but Ruiz? He was considered a joke when Lewis had to drop his belt.

False. Yes Mayweather has been down on the cards after three rounds. The truth is, you you do a rounds won vs rounds loss ratio, Vitlai is the best in heavyweight history. Better than Ali, Holmes, Louis, Dempsey et al.

I beleive the most rounds Vitlai ever lost on ANY card is three rounds.

What a ****, Vitali is a clubfighter, he fought only bumbs under the protection of a german promoter, he lost by Byrd and Lewis, did you forget this?

Ali, Holmes, Louis, Dempsey, LEwis, Tyson are true champions, but Vitali not. :bbb

    Rounds on scroecards means nothing!!!!

If that is his most impressive stat, the he is in trouble. Plenty of other journeymen can boast to have never been down even though they have lost a few times.

    LOL

His resume sucks. Get over it. Compare it to a guy like Golota, and it looks bad. Dont even draw comparisons with a Lewis/Holyfield/Bowe/Tyson

He does not have the highest KO ratio in history, loads of fighters, ie Valero, have 100%.

As for your fourth point, you seem to be suggesting that coming back to win a paper belt at 36, against a clubbing oaf, is comparable to coming back at 45 to KO a talented, skilled HW champion in Michael Moorer, for a unified crown.

Now I have heard it all.

I was looking for the "100% of losses by stoppage" or "0% win ratio vs elite fighters" options.

    :think
