He's not that bad, of course its still weaker than ideal but for me he's not worse than Lewis or Haye for that matters.
Wet toilet paper. He has no Chin. None. He can't take a punch and panics like a ***** because of his GLASS JAW.
Wlado has a suspect beard but not, imo, pure glass. He has been decked a dozen times but did, after all, get up. Pure glass shatters and KO!
What if Lennox had gotten up 4 times vs Rahman, and 4 times vs. McCall? Then he'd been knocked down 10 times. Then Lennox' chin wouldn't be as good? A chin is better if you stay on the floor on the first knockdown? :deal
Exactly. Some of these people are just deluded. If Wlad had have fought some of the names on Lewis' resume, like Bruno, Tua, Golota, Holyfield, Tyson, Razor Ruddock, Vitali, Briggs etc he'd have been KOd at least 6 or 7 times. Lewis fought great fighters and got starched twice. Wlad has fought no bodies and been starched 3 times and down like 14 times. There is no comparison. Lewis has the better Chin, by far.
Wladimir's chin is made of ornate, decorative glass. Repeatedly broken then glued back together & protected. Glass temple as well.
I do not deny Lennox has a good chin. After all, he took dozens of bombs from both Tua and Vitali and didn't go get knocked out. Still: I disagree with simply looking at Wlad's # of KDs and taking that as undeniable evidence for the theory how one fighter's chin is better than the others. The statistic of KDs IMO is quite worthless as an indicator, especially if multiple knockdowns occurred in a single fight. By that argument Wlad's chin would be "better" if he had simply stayed down after the first knockdown by Peter, Sanders and Brewster instead of getting up a total of 8 times -- thus decreasing the # of career knockdowns. That's simply ridiculous. :deal
Even Klitschko fans cannot deny he has possibly the weakest jaw section of any heavy champ in history. I really can't believe people think his chin is on the same level has Lewis'. More on a par with Herbie Hide.
