Herrera was respectably rated and Peterson was highly rated. So that just isn't true unless you're saying he needed to fight only "prime ATG's" and everyone else doesn't matter. Unfortunately seems the case nowadays.
Herrera clearly beat Garcia and was cheated. Herrera is the true champion. Garcia has not been the same since he fought Matthysse, his referee helped him out a lot........................now Garcia's match makers are afraid to put him into a ring with anyone really good.
