monday, wednesday, friday - running (interval) in the morning, upper body training (bench pressing, pullups, dips etc.) in the evening.

tuesday, thursday, saturday - intensive boxing on the heavybag followed by leg and overall strength exercices like weighted squats, one legged squats and more.

also, every day i do rope skipping, light boxing, a bit of cycling and similar things at a not too high pace.

i have problems with my arms, though. they don't hurt or anything, but there aren't any progresses at benching for example. do some of you think it is a problem to do weighted exercices at one day and not giving them rest the next by working out on the heavy bag? overall it doesn't seem too hard, but the last few weeks i wonder if i should change something. maybe put the heavyweight training right after the upper body weight training for a couple of weeks for testing, hm....

I made some additions and revisions to the "Complete Beginner Boxing Routine" and I have to say, it works out quite well.
