You need this to be year for year and P4P otherwise a load of old HW come out on top. You need the weight dimension! Also a year for year list favours the younger fighters. Definitely not Hopkins.
hopkins calzaghe mosley toney(until recently). Roy Jones can somewhat move but his chin isn't there anymore.
If that is not a (heavily) padded record, that is very impressive and he should qualify for a high ranking...
