Since Fury retired - what is potentially (not about current achievements) ur current TOP 15 Heavyweight list?

Here are my rankings with the rankings according to BoxRec.
I placed Usyk + Jalolov + Hrgovic on the top of the list cuz i think they could potentially already beat all above them.

    1. Usyk (1.)
    2. Jalolov (71.)
    3. Wilder (3.)
    4. Hrgovic (37.)
    5. Joyce (9.)
    6. Makhmudov (29.)
    7. Joshua (2.)
    8. Parker (5.)
    9. Dychko (45.)
    10.Kossobutskiy (28.)
    11.Anderson (55.)
    12.Sanchez (13.)
    13.Dubois (19.)
    14.Helenius (15.)
    15.Whyte (4.)

    Not on the list:
    Gassiev (always injured)
    Hunter (too lazy)
    etc.

The problem with this is guys are fighting each other so infrequently the ratings can be all over the place. At the top i would say Fury, Usyk, Joshua, then Wilder but all of these guys could be on the way out or retiring soon.

Fury says he's retired right now, do we really believe him? Wilder hasn't won a fight since 2019, Joshua just lost, Usyk is 35 and has had 3 fights at heavy, Zhang is ancient, Ortiz is ancient, pulev is ancient, Ruiz is coming off surgery and less than impressive showings against Arreola and Joshua 2, Hunter just had a draw with Forrest (well about 6 months ago), Charles Martin is a god but not a great boxer, Whyte had his shot and just got KOd again.

Joyce, Jalolov, Makhmudov, Hrgovic, Zhan all talented but haven't been able to get any fights with anyone considered top 10.

I think Jalolov, Makhmudov, Anderson, Hrgovic, and Zhan should all be in the top 15.

But sadly, they are all being avoided.
    Scott Alexander? Are you serious?
