check the video it was 'THE ROCK' and I rember it clearly that the film was just out at the time cos I clearly remeber I went to see the Rock in the cinema on the saturday and Oscar was fighting Chavez that night. And when he said that I thought o yeah I just seen that it was a really good film.

Here's one from another angle. When asked about Floyd belittling Hatton's career. "He says Hatton hasn't fought anyone and doesn't deserve a chance. I gave him his chance and I can say the same thing (about Floyd). Who has he fought?"

 

The "I pack quite a wallop" was the best. Merchant was doing the interview in the center of the ring when he said it. Merchant had the funnuest grin on his face when Oscar said that.
The "black" remark and the "Jew" remark certainly showed the racist side of him. He even shows a little against his own people, the Mexicans, when he decided to live and make his home in Puerto Tico instead of Mexico. Don't go there and say well his wife is Puerto Rican. He's the man isn't he? (Or after those internet pics maybe not). Yeah maybe he's not the man. That would explain it ....... hmmmmmmmm. Makes you wonder.
