YDKSAB!! You think Ali was prime against Holmes, don't you?

Go back to watching UFC, Noob.

The Gomez fight was an all out annihilation. Don't think I've ever seen a better version of Cotto.

Torres was probably his most entertaining fight that ended in a stoppage, though.

Only re****ed nuthuggers would give Cotto credit for the Maravilla fight

even Mike Alvarado would have beaten that version of the now retired Martinez

Geale, he deserves some credit for that W, not much though, as Geale was drained and had been softened already by the real lineal MW champ

That one where he did that punch...you know which one I mean...somewhere during one of the rounds. It was after some of the other punches. That's my best one of my favourites.

For aesthetic value, it's tough to argue with the Quintana performance. Cotto was pretty much punch-perfect that night...from both stances.

    Very impressive performance I agree.

This list makes it really apparent that Cotto's a good but not great puncher. He's a had a lot of impressive stoppages from accumulation of punishment and knocked a lot of guys down, put except from body shots hasn't knocked many guys out. Can someone remind me when he's actually knocked someone down and out to end a fight?

Hmm... I would be offended, but you're a Calzaghe nut-hugger clown. Your opinion means zero. You should go back to watching jazzercise videos instead of boxing, idiot.

Makes my point if we have to go back 10 years. And I'm pretty sure that was a ref stoppage after a body shot knockdown that Torres still managed to get up from. Anyway, my vote is Quintana. That was prime Cotto at his most impressive, dominant, and devastating.

In fairness, I thought Cotto was fairly small as a welterweight so it's not surprising that the brutal KO's dried up.

He was 30 percent for Murray and 95 percent for Cotton.

Cotton was only 15 percent of what he used to be though, which is why the Martinez fight is an amazing win for him. :yep
