No,sorry,I just remmebered your post now. And I also agree that Martinez vs Cintron was captivating only not that high ranking.
That was a very good fight. I though Hernandez was ****ed after 2 rounds but he showed great heart to come back.
Dunne Cordoba was real edge of the seat, multiple knockdown, over and back action. So that has to get my vote. Although Diaz Marquez was good while it lasted.
Yeah,it was very back and forth between the boxing of Escobedo and the pressure of Hernandez,in fact without the KDs I would have given the fight too Hernandez. Very good fight,my fav this year so far.
The best part about it is that Famoso went into this fight saying that if he lost he'd retire and he went out there and rumbled like it. God bless the guy for going out in style. He looked absolutely done in round 2.
His speech at the post fight presser was very emotional too.He was the man of the night then.He went out good cuz this surely must be the end for him. Hell of a fight.Would have liked him and Jesse James Leija to get together sooner and see them work more.
Marquez vs. Diaz was a fierce fight, with a lot of technical brilliance, great exchanges and a stunning KO....
Margarito detractors (Scar) will says Margarito/Mosley even though it wasn't remotely close to being a "great fight". Diaz/Marquez is the only choice as of right now, but I expect a new candidate on May 2nd.
