I am a big Helenius guy, but he has fought only twice in 2-3 years, coming to unimpressive decisions over gatekeepers.

His last fight before that was a gift against Chisora.

Helenius needs to come back and really show something to be ranked again.

Helenius hasn't been in the top 10 since he couldn't manage to win a single round (in my opinion) against Chisora in what was the robbery of the year in, I think that was 2011...

Like others, a good list. Some have 2 & 3 switched, hard call. I'd put Fury in there somewhere, like 6-10. For example I think Fury can decision Ustinov, and maybe others on the list.

Not hating on Haye, I don't understand how a few on here have DH around 3rd if/when he comes back :huh

Too much love for Glazkov he sucks.
He barely beat Rossey, drew with Scott his only decent win is Adamek. Adamek is washed up.
If you have Fury below him you're just a biased hater.
Fury would kill him so would Wilder actually. Cunningham beat Adamek more clearly and his 2nd and 3rd biggest win's at heavy are better.
    Fury smoked Cunningham with ease.

Glazkov on resume would be lucky to be 15ish.
On ability he wouldn't be top 25-30ish

I agree to a point about Glazkov. The win over Adamek flatters his actual ability but it's a recogisable name which is better than many have, which results in having Glazkov 9th on my list.

Wilder's best win is Liakhovich as we can discount the farce against Scott. I rate faded Adamek over faded Liakhovich, so that's why I personally have Glazkov higher than Wilder.

But you're right about Cunningham I'd switch him for Glazkov in my top ten, I totally over looked him, so my new top ten would be as follows.

    Wlad
    Pulev
    Povetkin
    Stiverne
    Takam
    Fury
    Chisora
    Jennings
    Cunningham
    Thompson

    Cunningham? Seriously?

Since coming to HW, his record stands as following:

    * Defeated an obscure journeyman Jason Gavern
    * Lost to Tomasz Adamek (deservedly or not, it counts as far as the rankings are concerned)
    * Knocked out by Tyson Fury
    * Defeated obscure journeyman Manuel Quezada
    * Defeated undefeated top 30 guy in Amir Mansour
    * Defeated unknown, outside top 100 guy in Natu Visinia

This is absolutely unworthy of even being considered a top 10, no matter how you cut it. He never even defeated a top 20 guy, let alone top 10 to be seriously considered a legit contender. At best, he could be considered a borderline top 20 boxer at this point in time. I'd say that his peak HW rating was arguably around top 15 when he lost to Adamek before getting knocked out by Fury.

He even lost against Mansour. Smoger was a disgrace with his 20 second count when Cunningham was down.

Glazkov get votes because when he beat Adamek he was rated in many top 10's.
I feel when you beat a guy you get his spot in line.
Conversely Wilder has beaten no one in the top 10, and yet he has slid into many top 10's.

I find it hard to place Wilder over Glazkov.
There ought to be a set in stone criteria for moving into the top 10-20 where you only attain a ranking by beating those ahead of you. The loser would drop a predetermined number of spots based on the ranking of the guy he lost to, and of course those guys move ahead a spot when the other guy drops below them, but aside from that there should be no way a fighter is allowed to move up.
Also a top 10-20 guy would have to defend his ranking just as a champion would to avoid stalemates.
