The division is not strong, at all The number 3 ranked fighter is Thomaz Adamek, the number 4 is Pulev, and number 5 is Hellenius, a man who was clearly beaten by I believe a previously unranked fighter in Derek Chisora number 6 is Boystov 7 is Chagaev, a man who has hepatitis, he is above Chris Arreola a man who regularly comes in grossly overweight....Fury is 8th. Fury. None of the above fighters demonstrate to me any exceptional skill
Owen "WHAT THE HECK" Beck is a beast... Are you NChristo from B-scene? That ugly little short booger?
Solid list. A lot of people rank Adamek and Helenius too high but you haven't fallen into that trap. You've ranked Haye too high, Boytsov way too high (shouldn't really be 11 places above Arreola when both fighters just have a string of KOs over C level guys). Chisora should be higher than Adamek as he performed much better against Vitali. Thompson should also be higher, his early KO over Maurice Harris has gained credibility over the last couple of days with Harris schooling Gerber. Kevin Johnson (who is under-rated in general I feel) should be higher as his win over Leapai is more impressive than the wins of a load of other prospects on the list. Your insertion of Wallisch at #25 is a bit random, he barely ever gets talked about when people are discussing prospects let alone top 25 fighters. I think Franklin Lawrence, Mariusz Wach and Mike Perez would all be better inclusions. But overall, one of the better lists I've seen :good
Good post, pleased to see you given reasons for where you disagree. I think Haye is about right, within 3-5 is right for him. I think only really pulev and Povetkin may be stronger. Remember how good he looked at cruiserweight, and then think about how Huck looked against Povetkin. I think that reinforces how relevant Haye's cruiserweight career is. Understand your point about Boytsov, he is ranked more based on how good he looks in his fights rather than who he beat, would be interesting to see him against a much taller opponent who really uses their height well. Although Chisora did look better against Vitali than adamek did, I think that is largely because his punch resistance is stronger and adamek would fare better against many of the other contenders. You may be right about thompson, I do still have him pretty high though. Johnson I'm not sure about, I havent seen a lot of him. Ha, I'm surprised its taken this long for someone to mention my inclusion of Wallisch. I watched some of his fights after seeing he has a fight scheduled with richard towers, someone else i also rate quite highly. He's a big guy and looked impressive.
HAHAHA you are NChirsto from B-scene! hahahahaha damn you're one ugly ass dude!! Looking like hills have eyes up in this piece.
