Hard to rank Haye and Chisora when they are both coming off losses and ban/retirement. They winner of the fight might deserve a spot in the top 10. Not ranking Mitchell either untill he fights past 8 rounds/beats someone good. Not ranking Helenius untill he redeems himself after the Chisora "win". Chambers could be in if he beats Adamek. Fury is knocking on the door of the top 10, but needs one more good win, imo. So that means there are 5 empty spots in my top 10 up for grabs to those who have the balls to fight quality opposition ;-)

The rest of your list is alright (Ustinov a bit too high though, Mitchell too low) but what's up with Juan Carlos Gomez at #20? He's looked ****-poor against the very average Darnell Wilson in his last two fights.
