I have my first fight next week and just wondering what your week/day looks like before your fights, how is training? whats the pre fight diet on the day like? how do you handle your nerves??
I wont go into everything just the mental.I get in a zone and find the something an object that i want thats not mine and i get it. If i can get it that means i can take my opponent.I make prey and then get a desired object like a HAT.
