    But they wont investigate.
    This Pac vs Matthysse is a set up for a Pac vs Floyd rematch.
    That's why Pac has been calling Floyd for a rematch after he beat Matthysse.

    He needs the money, cause he's broke, IRS problems, etc.

    Pacquiao isn't broke but he needs money badly to run his political campaigns in the future.
