if you didn't know obama tore up the wet foot dry foot act over cuba yesterday

this act meant that if someone defected from cuba when they got to america they would be given special status and taken in by american. The new rule means that cubans will now be sent back to cuba if they defect from cuba lol

this will seriously affect boxing as boxers will no longer defect from cuba

but the big question is, were lara and rigo and their boring styles resposible for this?

did obama see their last few fights and say no more we cant lets these guys keep coming over here?

    discuss!

even id you don't like the tone of how i approached this topic, obama ripping up the wet foot dry foot policy basically means cubans now cant even defect to turn pro.

how do you feel about that?

It only means that one avenue of defecting has been closed. Cubans now have to go through the same channels as anyone else. Try thinking before you post.

Do some homework. Cubans will be treated the same as other immigrants with no preference. Cubans still leave Cuba all the time for the States. Central America has been a popular route lately.

okay you are utterly handicapped, cubans need to be granted a visa to leave cuba, do you think that if a cuban star boxer applied for a ****ing visa to leave cuba he would be allowed leave?

you are truly handicapped, you must have got bullied in school

Okay, Einstein. If a Cuban gets a visa to go to Nicaragua, that means that they can't try to enter into the U.S. via the Mexican border? Like I said, and I know it's hard for you, try thinking before you post. By the way, I had absolutely no problem with bullies. The bullies at my schools were not stupid.

do you think that cuba are going to grant a star boxer a ****ing visa to go to a different country on there own without government supervision? if you think they would do that you are mentally handicapped.

when there is even rumours about boxers defecting they get banned from boxing outside cuba, but mastermind here thinks they hand out visas to top boxers to leave the country no questions asked lmfao

if you can find just one example of a top boxer getting a visa to leave cuba on he's own it would be a miracle

As a matter of fact, a few months ago a Cuban friend in town asked me to contact a baseball agent I know in Toronto to represent a couple of Cuban ball players from the national team that were working their way through Central America to get to the States. Athletes travel and so there is always an opportunity for defection.

you can't name any of them, you cant quote an article you just pulled some nonsense out of your fat behind that cant be verified.

you got your ass handed to you. next time bring your whole family all 50 of you and maybe you might be able to come up with a good argument between you

You are something special. I don't know the name of the Cuban ballplayers because I simply put my Cuban friend in town in contact with my agent friend in Toronto and that was the end of the matter as far as my involvement. I think you were the one that was bullied in school and probably still are. You take out all that latent aggression and resentment that you harbor but are afraid to show in public by being an a-hole on the internet. lol
