I only get about 6 hour sleep. I know i need like 8 hours to be fully recharged, but no matter what i just cant seem to get a full night's rest. My mother along with other people think it is because i do not eat healthy, so therefore i do not get the right vitamins and nutrients.
Try valerian root. It gives me a more solid sleep. As your problem seems to be waking too early or not getting a good enough sleep as opposed to falling asleep, it should probably help.
Valerian, chamomile, jasmine. I've been drinking a lot of (extreme) herbal tea lately and all my sleep problems have disappeared.
