What kind of foods/Vitamins/Minerals are good to help sleep better?

    I only get about 6 hour sleep. I know i need like 8 hours to be fully recharged, but no matter what i just cant seem to get a full night's rest.

    My mother along with other people think it is because i do not eat healthy, so therefore i do not get the right vitamins and nutrients.

    Try valerian root.

    It gives me a more solid sleep. As your problem seems to be waking too early or not getting a good enough sleep as opposed to falling asleep, it should probably help.

    You can try melatonin. I've taken it for years, and wake up pretty refreshed.

    Valerian, chamomile, jasmine. I've been drinking a lot of (extreme) herbal tea lately and all my sleep problems have disappeared.
