Do you wear normal boxing gloves or specific bag gloves? If the latter, what are they?

With bag gloves the padding is more stiff, training gloves are used for sparring and mitts. Fight gloves are for fighting with.

14 oz Ringside IMF Techs on heavy days. I am positive they are bigger than 14 oz. 12 oz Ringside traditional bag gloves on light days. I would not recommend ANYONE to buy the IMF Techs now. They are horrible.

Nowdays many companies make a common bag/training glove. Especially higher end brands. A 16 oz training glove should be fine, but you may need to replace them faster.

I also have the IMF tech bag gloves. I haven't had any problems with these gloves but I could understand why some people don't like them, I heard the older versions were better made.
