Excuse me, how IGNORANT is it for you to judge the actions of a few Hatton fans and think it represents all British people. :-(

    Great post

Its a shame they didnt recognise the heart Paulie showed a lesser fighter may have quit of even been secretly happy that his corner threw in the towel.

You could see Paulie was disguisted as he wanted to go to the last round

That can impossibly be true. We all know Americans have class and show respect for other countries. To them being at a boxing match means representing their country, they would never boo a fighter or his anthem :huh

Paulie showed a lot of class after that fight and I really felt for him.
He is a likable guy and deserved better than that.

The booing was uncalled for, but hopefully it solidified one thing...

Paulie never gets a big fight again. I feel bad for the guy because he has a great personality for the sport, you either love him or hate him, but with all his hand injuries and his lack of punching power his fights are boring as hell. He is basically a one handed fighter these days and his movement against Hatton was ****. Time to hang them up Paulie.

Asswipe. The fans paid for Malifaggie's purse, and they are entitled to boo to their hearts content. Ruined? I thought it was hilarious.

They didn't boo him cuz he lost, they booed him cuz they didn't like what he said.

I dont like the booing, but the cheering and booing and stuff is just an element of the idiom when it comes to sporting events

Paulie should get Joe Calzaghe to train him. This probably sounds crazy. But Joe overcame lots of hand injuries, has crazy stamina, and boxes unorthodoxily. I think Paulie could learn how to box like Joe and still have some success. Unlikely I know.
