What kind of problems, if any, do you think Guerrero would cause Mayweather?

Got to love Guerrero and his hard charge for the best and the money, but I kind of feel like he would get the absolute **** snipped out of him.

    What do you guys think?

Well, he can annoy Floyd with a jab here and there. And a few rough house tactics.

    But he'll be bludgeoned.

Probably nothing to lose sleep over, but you could see from the first few rounds of the fight last night he has a pretty good idea of what to do against the shoulder roll defense, utilizing his southpaw stance and proper movement. Of course Floyd's is 10 times better than Berto's, but all the same Floyd's fought a lot of guys where were clueless.

I'd like see Pacquiao fight Guerrero but of course Pacman would rather fight Marquez for the 5th time.

He'd probably do a DLH and hold with one arm while going at the right side of his body. Floyd smiles, waits for the break, and then breaks him down there. Guerrero lands one or two left straights early maybe, but would get so out-timed he stops throwing much.

He wouldn't be able to get away with 1/10th the crap he pulled last night, while the whole time Floyd would get get away with pretty much anything. I wouldn't be surprised to see an Ortiz/Judah type meltdown early on.

Tards creaming their pants thinking Berto is Floyd and Guerrero is Manny now. Floyd is undefeated against southpaws...Manny is like 5-2-1 and hasn't fought one in years and years...Prime Guzman didn't want none of Floyd and Manny didn't want any part of shot Guzman.

He showed me nothing against the shoulder roll as Berto did a horrible job using it. In fact he made it look terrible, so we learned nothing last night in regards to how Roberto can stop the shoulder roll. It's a lot more to the style than looks and a jacked up lead shoulder.

Pre fight for may ortiz ortiz camp complained about mays elbow use and informed the ref to keep an eye for it

When it came to fight night i dident see one elbow from may and he still managed to start openin up on ortiz before he got so frustrated he lunged in head first

May if he gets called on his dirty tactics wont use em

He did use a bit of forearm on hatton however

I can think of very few who would give Floyd a harder fight. Besides being a technically good southpaw, he throws a high volume of punches, which is vital to having success against Floyd. You have to rely on getting credit for aggression against Mayweather, because winning on clean effective shots is such a difficult thing to do. Guerrerro works and works and is willing to try the 'rough house tactics' to get a win. Wouldn't pick him, but a competitive 115-113/ 116-112 loss is certainly possible imo.

Guerrero doesn't do anything to trouble PBF IMO. That dirty stuff on the inside won't work against PBF who would beat him at his own game like he did to Hatton.

If Guerrero tries any funny business then he will fall just like how Ortiz did with May's classic two-piece

Really? You think Guerrero will walk in defenseless for a second hug after trying to kiss Mayweather?

Pretty Boy's got a fair shake at a KO here.

Guerrero is a tough southpaw and will be one of the better technical operators Mayweather has been in with for a while (other than Cotto and Marquez, probably the best since DLH - and he's fresher and closer to his peak than all three versions of them) but in all these years he never solved the counter right hand puzzle, and Mayweather's going to absolutely blast him with that. Trying a rough bit of business like he did with Berto won't work, either - Mayweather still possesses the reflexes, athleticism, quick-mindedness, experiential savvy and the brute strength to shrug off all attempts at inside shenanigans like a silk robe. Then it becomes another case of "If you make a mistake, you will have to pay". I don't reckon Guerrero's got enough in the coffers to settle his account favorably.

Guerrero vs. Bradley would be far more competitive.
