What kind of win does PBF need over shane to top PacvCotto?

If he beats Mosley by shutout, people will say Mosley was washed up. If he beats Mosley in a close fight, people will say prime Mosley would have smashed him. If he loses to Mosley, people will laugh at him. He needs to fall between a close win and a whitewash if he wants any credit. Like, between 10-2 and 8-4.

i think a decisive win tops pac beating cotto as he clearly wasn't the pre marg cotto

    Orly??

If cotto was damaged goods then shane is old, unless he performs a fantastic display otherwise.

An old Mosley is a for sure hall of famer...cotto on the other hand. Old man Mosley also did something 100% Cotto couldn't do, not only did he beat MargoCHEATO, he embarrassed him in the ring.

Half correct, Shane HOF for sure whereas Cotto is borderline when comparing resumes, but the thing is they didn't fight the same fighter. Cotto fought Margocheato, Shane gave the beat down to margocheato - plaster (margoshito).

Additionally, Cotto did something shane couldn't do --- beat the other guy h2h.

I rather have an old Mosley on my resume than a traumatized Cotto.

Trauma doesn't get recorded though, age does.

Being in the hall of fame gets recorded, but almost being in there doesn't.

you are an idiot in the highest order. What smaller opponents has he had a history of facing throughout his career? Marquez and Hatton (who is actually bigger)???

GTFOH with that dumb ****. And for the record, that dude with no balls would whip your ***** ass in or out of the ring.

He didn't want to take JMM out, he needed to have more rounds after being inactive for 2 years so he stayed there. Marquez didn't look like he was ready to be taken either, every attack that seemed to bother him he would immediately fire back with counters.

A win over Mosely is way better than a win over a 145-lb. brick-beaten Cotto. Are we forgetting the whole catchweight aspect of this? And don;t give me that B.S. about it only being 2 pounds. Because if it didn't really matter than they wouldn't have insisted on it.

If you're interested in street stuff brawling go to MMA and die there, ******. Boxing isn't about being a heavybag to please trash like you.

2 lbs + brick damage > 9 years + accumulated damage? doubt it..

Considering Pac ducked Mosley when he was practically begging for a fight I'd say Mayweather even getting in with him goes a long way to topping Pac vs a post Marg Cotto.
