What legit/Lineal Champions Are Not in the H.O.F.

    Title about says it all...

    The reason I ask is because I believe that most people who win the highest honor in boxing would most likely already be in the hall of fame. So, I'm asking those with a greater knowledge of boxing/the hof, to list some people who were the man at any division but not in the HOF.
