What level can Nick Blackwell reach?

He can defo gain a well deserved world title shot in the future, he will have to improve earier on in fights though if he has any chance though, but if he can put the work in, why not!

 

He can fight for a world title but I think Ryder deserves a rematch

 

the sky commentary in their fight was joke. everything ryder done oh that's world class his a level above before Blackwell landed that shot. blackwells good work was never mentioned . do u think hearn wud rush for the rematch cause ryder last few performances have been poor.

 

Yeah it was a little biased but Ryder was winning the fight mate quite clearly, and you cant have a go if Malinaggi saw something special in Ryder??

Cant argue the second point because I cant quite remember off the top of my head if I have seen Ryder box between the BJS and Blackwell fights bud.

 

they were laboured performacnces but I think he had late replacement fights. malinaggi did waffle on in that fight. will b interesting to see who hennersey match Blackwell with in next fights and a possible mandatory

 

I heard Tommy Langford really wants the fight but would Blackwell want to box a third southpaw in a row?

If he is looking for another easy defence maybe Patrick Mendy haha

Listen if the likes of zbik, barker, andy lee, Sylvester and a host of other 'luminaries' can garner "World Titles" then Nick is a shoo-in to do likewise provided he ha any luck at all!!!!

Come on guys!!! Unless GG ties up all the versions of the title for years to come Nick will almost certainly end up with some sort of world title.

 

Darren Barker was a very good boxer and levels above Blackwell

 

toughness can get u so far but damon jones was out boxing him so was ryder, bjs did , has he steps up the ladder its gunna get a lot tougher to win a world title with his pressing style. he needs to work on his defence aswell jones caught him a lot the other night.
