    Agreed. If he had decent pop then he'd be a pretty good fighter. Pretty good size, good speed and agility, but cotton candy hands.

    No reason for Spinks to retire. He was blatantly robbed against Phillips. And is probably the best fighter at 154 right now.

    I rate him a B, possibly B+ (he has to beat another good opponent - that result against Forrest could easily be an anomaly).

    I think hes a solid B fighter, thought he was b- before beating Forrest.

    still undefeated aswell, but so inactice.... im not great on stats/facts but isnt he pushing 30 with only just over 20 fights - thats awful

    RJJ A+??? Are you going by the past or currently? Jones is borderline shot. Against inferior competition he can still move well. But against a tough fighter, he will not last. His chin is gone, especcially in the late rounds. His legs are extreemly wobbly in the late going. If Jones doesn't catch Calzaghe early he will be in for a frightful beating.
