What level of performance would you now be impressed by in a challenge against Bones?

Jon Jones looks scary dominant, we can pretty much all agree on that.

What level of success against him would get you impressed by a challenger's performance, at this point in time?

What constitutes a good effort against him? What level of performance in a title challenge would raise a challenger's standing in your mind?

I say that anyone who wins a round has impressed the **** out of me, pretty much.

    I don't like participation awards.

So you weren't impressed by Ali in the FOTC? :huh

You didn't think Hearns solidified his ATG status in the first Leonard fight? :huh

Makes each round competative, win or lose and can go the distance.

Hearns and Ali losing close fights while winning numerous championships, isn't the same as someone being competitive against BOnes.

Neither of these losing displays were particularly great. SRL's losing performance in the 1st Duran fight was much more impressive than either of these two.

Anyway, I was impressed by Machida against Jones because it's the first time I've seen Jones decisively lose a round. Now I'm looking for Hendo or Machida or Gustafsson or anyone to go one better than that and make the whole fight competitive... but it's a hell of a lot easier said than done. Bones KO1 Rashad.

I was impressed enough by Machida in that first round that a rematch interests me.
