What Lightweight Champions would you pick to beat...

    Oscar DelaHoya at welterweight?

    Which little guys could successfully make the transition and possibly beat a very good champion in Oscar?

    (Not counting Duran or Mosely)

    Are we talking about guys who actually started at light then moved up or career lightweight who we think could have went up and been successful against him?
